Alarak Coop StarCraft 2 YouTube
Alarak co-op commander. Been playing this character since yesterday and i'm wondering if anyone else feels as though this commander is relatively weaker compared to all the others. Currently i just reached level 8 and feel as though the units overall are just not as strong compartively to other commanders. Splash dmg is a joke, DPS overall is.

Alarak is a commander in Co-op Missions introduced in Patch 3.6. Alarak personally takes the field as a hero unit similar to Kerrigan and Zagara. In addition, he has the ability to field powerful Tal'darim units, and call down the Death Fleet to annihilate his foes. Alarak functions as a hero unit, taking the field personally. He retains his soul absorption, destruction wave and deadly charge.

Vanguards are usually not taken (They are highly situationally used), and you can use either Pylons or War Prisms for Structure Overcharge. (I personally use War Prisms.) Always fast expand where possible with Pylon + Overcharge. Use Alarak early and often where possible, and don't rock slap with Alarak or Supplicants.
